For instance, the "CategoryFeatureGroup" with the attribute: ID="35", has several matching "ProductFeature", for instance this piece from the XML has the data that belongs under that category: What I need, is to automatically get the "CategoryFeatureGroup", and all the "ProductFeature" that belong to it. I cut a lot of data out, but I think the structure of the XML is still clear. I am most interested in extracting the specification. So, the XML file contains a general description, and detailed specification. I picked Java for this, because it is the language I am most proficient in (HTML / CSS doesn't count/apply here.
